Graduation in any discipline having minimum experience of 5 years in operations and project management of SSP plant

|
Graduation with 5 years experience in Liaison with different Government offices and Secretariat.

|
A member of the Institute of company secretary of India (ICSI).
Desirable:
Degree in Law / MBA (Finance & personnel) will be preferred.
Post qualification (ICSI) experience of 1 year. The candidate should have experience dealing with company law matters, Secretarial work, Board Meetings and compliance with the provision of the company's Act 2013 in the changed era of MCA 21.
